I'm hungry

Yep, I wanna eat some buffalo wings. I'm not sure why I'm craving wings, but I am. Sometimes just talking about food makes me dream a little dream about their yummy goodness

Today has been one of the harder days so far. I've only been watching my intake since Saturday, January 16th and I must say, it's been fairly easy thus far... until today

Having said that, it could be because I've been up since 3:45am (it's 10:30 now) and have only consumed about 500 calories.

I ran 4 miles yesterday and awakened with a monster hunger. The 1/4 bowl of granola cerial just didn't cut it

I'm having a difficult time staying away from the scale daily. I know I should limit myself to once a week, but it is very tough. Maybe tomorrow... maybe tomorrow

  1. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. (How many times have you heard that in your life?) Seriously though, breakfast and lunch is where you should put in the majority of your calories for the day. You burn more energy during the day than you do when you sleep so what goes in at the end of the day is only what you need for sleep time. So forget those chicken wings and go for brunch today! Fill up on a fruit parfait (now becoming my personal favorite) and an omlete filled with ham, cheese, and veggies. You'll have all the energy you need and you won't feel overlly full while still hitting the good calories. You can do it Dan!
